8. Third-Party Services & Apple Health

Trackerio may integrate with third party services such as Apple Health.

• We read only the data categories you explicitly grant permission for.
• You may enable or revoke permissions at any time in device settings.
• Apple Health data is used solely to display, track, or improve health related features.
• Data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
• Accuracy depends on Apple and paired devices.
• Trackerio is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
• Third party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Subscription & Billing Terms

All payments must be processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Trackerio does not process, store, or have access to your payment information.

• Pricing may vary by region and currency.
• All fees are non refundable, except where required by law.
• Free trials: Duration is displayed in the app store; you will be charged automatically if not canceled before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions can be managed via Apple App Store > Account > Subscriptions.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds must be requested directly through the App Store.
• Pricing changes will not affect active billing periods and will be communicated through the app store.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
